Mr. Weithers has over thirty one years of combined Management and Design experience with Electronic, Communications, Security, Information Technology and Telecommunications Systems, and Construction projects. During his ten years as a Chief Information Officer in the private sector and the Government, he developed programs and systems on a national level.
Mr. Weithers is a seminar speaker, has made multiple appearances on local cable television, and has been quoted in national industry magazines and publications where he discussed technology advances in local government and the commercial sectors. He has served as a member of the EDI standards committee for the major cable programming networks, and has participated in the re-engineering of standards for major billing systems.

Since 2001, Daryl began working full time as a contract trainer for several national training providers (The Training Associates, GlobalKnowledge, Globalnet, TripleM Training, Technically Speaking, Onsite Training Partners, Skill Focuses Training, Technotraining, Technology101, New Horizons and Dell Computer Corporation) to deliver technical training classes. Daryl specializes in the CompTIA A+/Net+/Security+/Server+ and HIT+ and Dell hardware and infrastructure management. Daryl has taught from courseware published by the CompTIA, ElementK, Sybex, Certiport, GTS Learning, Mindworks, QUE, Axzo Press, the Mike Meyers series, Federal government publications and his own custom courseware. Daryl works extensively with DoD 8570 / 8140 training mandated students.

Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Tosun has over 20 years in the design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems. His technical expertise includes both network and software design, testing, implementation, optimization, and upgrading. He is a strong system administrator on Windows networks up to Windows 2012 server, and has completed the entire systems development cycle on many IT projects. Additionally, he is very experienced in using various troubleshooting and system administration tools to securely control and monitor LAN/WAN network environments and all end points and appliances including routers, switches, firewalls, Internet access and software.
Additionally, he has extensive experience in software engineering, and well developed analytical skills covering a broad range of the phases in computer systems development. He has worked with technicians from various engineering disciplines to troubleshoot complex system-level issues. He is capable of performing troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software related network failures. He is very skilled in virtualization in Hyper-V and VMware.

MARK ORLETSKY
PhD, CISSP, CISA, CCNA
Senior Scientist
Dr. Mark Orletsky has over 25 years’ experience in management, leadership, and technology in support of the US DoD, Intelligence Community, and commercial customers. He currently serves as Lead of Evaluation for a federally-funded program focused on the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI). His expertise includes project management, business development, design, testing, business process engineering, and information security. He holds a TS/SCI Clearance, DoD 8570 and 8140 certifications, and has numerous peer-review publications. Dr. Orletsky is active member of a number of professional organizations including (ISC)2 and ISACA.
Dr. Orletsky currently serves as the Lead of Test and Evaluation for the US Director of Intelligence (USDI), Project Maven, Document Exploitation (DOMEX) program.
